**Note: This is for the Fat Quarter Bundle only and are not completed projects. No other Fabric, notions, pattern, embroidery floss or embellishments are included. This item can be returned within 10 business day only if the original packaging has not been tampered with. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Return postage is at customer expense and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

** Due to increased losses on the part of the Post Office, I now have to require all orders to have a tracking number. When your order goes out, you will receive an email from Etsy and myself advising you of the date of mailing and it will have the tracking number on it. If you delete it, you can always go into your pending orders and the number will be there for you to access. Even with tracking, the Post Office can lose a package or letter. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable length of time, please let me know so I can contact the Post Office and they should be able to trace it for us.

Free Shipping Offer Details
The Free Domestic Shipping Offer is based on your cart total. To receive Free Shipping, your cart total (after all discounts) must be $50 or more. Unfortunately, there are times when items would have free shipping at their regular price, but once the sale price is applied they are no longer eligible. The Etsy system does not correct the Free Shipping Ad based on the discounted price.
When you receive Free Shipping, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to ship all items in a manner that your purchase qualifies for and in keeping with good business practices, regardless if you have been offered or selected Priority by Etsy. Shipping Cost and Package Tracking
Most items are sent USPS Ground Advantage with a stiffener, this disqualifies the item(s) from first class shipping. This shipping option does include insurance should the item(s) be lost or damaged in transit. For items sent via media mail (when they qualify by USPS standards) I do add insurance.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, I can assist filing a claim compensation, be it a refund or replacement.
If a package is scanned delivered by the post office but NOT received by you, it does become your responsibility to contact your local post office to try to locate or find out what happened to the package. Please note that we will need to wait for an insurance claim to be paid prior sending a replacement.
Do you refund for shipping overage charges?
Yes. We do our best to combine separate orders occurring on the same day and ship orders at the lowest rate possible based on the size and weight. Any shipping overage of $1 or more will be refunded to the payment account.
Please note: our patterns are sent via USPS and ship at package rates NOT letter rates. This is due to a larger envelope size and a stiffener we place with our patterns, which makes them more rigid to protect them from being bent or damaged by the postal service machinery.
